Brushstrokes was established in 1989 by artist Randy Snyder.  When Randy moved to Lewisburg he was frustrated that he couldn’t find anywhere to buy quality art supplies, so he decided to open a store he would love to shop at.

​​Now, 31 years later, Brushstrokes has evolved into an authentic art store. Covid times have made this quite the challenge - we are up to it!

Co-owners, Randy and Kathy Snyder, work exceptionally hard to bring the best and latest art supplies to their customers. Brushstrokes carries a full line of art supplies and more importantly, every member of their team has the knowledge to help their customers find just the right supplies to create their vision.

Since 2010, Brushstrokes has expanded their store, enabling them to offer a broader range of products while also allowing them to divide their supplies into more easily accessible departments. They have also expanded their gift line for those who may not consider themselves artists, but still enjoy finding interesting art.
